1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the qqqeee platform — including all sports betting, casino games, live casino services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through qqqeee.org — is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the qqqeee platform immediately.

1.2 Amendments

qqqeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at qqqeee.org/terms-conditions. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

The qqqeee platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. qqqeee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement has not been met. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If you are under 21, do not register, do not deposit, and do not use this platform.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a qqqeee account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid mobile number.
• Maintain only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qqqeee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time at qqqeee's discretion. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed to qqqeee's satisfaction.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. qqqeee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify qqqeee support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. qqqeee will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.5 Currency

All transactions on the qqqeee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). qqqeee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency unless explicitly stated in writing by qqqeee management.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by qqqeee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, and in some cases to the sum of the deposit plus the bonus amount. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., some live casino tables or low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

qqqeee reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using mathematical strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with qqqeee.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated activation window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice. Expiry periods for each bonus are stated at the time the offer is made.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at qqqeee's sole discretion. qqqeee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. In-play bets are subject to slight delay; any bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.

5.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure), qqqeee reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. "Clearly erroneous" odds are defined as those that deviate materially from the true market price at the time of acceptance. qqqeee will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

5.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets already settled before the abandonment will stand. Specific rules for individual sports (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are available in qqqeee's Sport-Specific Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and vary by sport and market. Current payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. qqqeee will not be obligated to pay out any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the qqqeee platform — including slots, live casino tables, and instant-win games — are supplied by third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. qqqeee does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of any in-progress game round will be determined by the game server's record at the point of disconnection. qqqeee maintains comprehensive server-side game logs. 6.3 Malfunction Policy

9.3 No Warranty

The qqqeee platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqqeee expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

qqqeee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if qqqeee reasonably believes that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent activity; attempted to manipulate games or odds; used the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity; provided false information during registration or verification; or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to qqqeee. qqqeee's decision regarding account termination is final unless a formal dispute resolution process is initiated in accordance with Section 11 below.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13.1 Entire Agreement
